we called for a service call got a samsung dryer which wasn’t spinning and sam showed me where to look for manufacture date and asked if i heard a click and when i answered yes he immediately knew it was repairable ( possibly belt or bearing ) quoted me price of service call, part and repair which was very reasonable! sent a service the next day who came and took dryer apart to find belt and bearings ok on ten year old dryer and that a pulley had rusted and checked his bag and he had one with him and repaired it right away and also vacuumed dryer clean. very pleasant serviceman ! would highly recommend appliance maestro for any appliance repair need !

Received fantastic service from Appliance Maestro. I had various issues with my fridge, dishwasher, and laundry appliances, and they handled everything like total pros. They showed up on time, figured out the problems quickly, and explained what they were doing in a way that made sense. The work was great, they were friendly and easy to talk to, and they cleaned up before they left. I’m really happy with the service and would highly recommend.

Sam, the owner and Ahmad the technician provided same morning service. They were both professional and friendly. Ahmad took the time to explain the problem with the fridge and provided a solution . Repairs were completed in less than two hours .

Omg what great service we received from Sam. We had an issue with our oven, Sam came the following day told us what was wrong explained why and how he diagnosed it. We were also having an issue with our washing machine, he said let me take a quick look. Simply needed balancing, no issue or issue with part repairI highly recommend!

I went from being frantic with a flood from a washer on a Sunday, calling Maestro and to relief of the technician showing up the next morning. Ahmad was courteous, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. My old washer was fixed (so relieved to hear I didn’t need it replaced). The service was clean and experience quick and satisfactory. I would not hesitate to recommend Appliance Maestro.
